Paul has worked in education for 20 years specialising in both mental health and brain-based learning. He ran the Supported Learning Department in a London College with a team of 35 staff and is well aware of the issues that staff, teams and managers face in working closely with vulnerable students.

Paul’s brief includes responsibility for all aspects of mental health and SEN legislation. He has also completed a well-regarded Counselling in Education course, a Coaching course with the Centre for Excellence in Leadership, and is a recognised trainer for the National Autistic Society. Paul has regularly works with organisations such as MIND, Mencap and the Maudsley Hospital.
