Andrew has been an independent consultant and inspector, in the primary and secondary sectors, for over fifteen years.  He currently works with governors, head teachers and senior and middle leaders in a number of areas including school improvement, performance management, senior and middle leadership and the academies programme.  Additionally, Andrew is an education adviser for the Department for Education and individual academies and schools and is an associate for the National College for Teaching and Leadership.
