The reintroduction of a separate grade for the effectiveness of Post 16 provision, the radical changes to the Post 16 OfSTED schedule and the complete restructuring of the Post 16 accountability measures represent a whole new approach to how Post 16 performance is judged. The impact of Post 16 performance on the overall effectiveness of a school is stronger than ever. This course looks at the ever-increasing myriad of Post 16 data sets in the context of the new accountability measures and the advent of the Common Inspection Framework. We will look at the new RaiseOnline Post 16 Panda and show how you can demonstrate clear awareness of your institution’s strengths and its areas for development.

Sean is an experienced and strategic senior leader with a proven track record of success. After ten thoroughly enjoyable years as an Assistant Head responsible for all aspects of Post 16 provision and standards he moved to the role of Deputy Head. He has led high quality  PD for colleagues in school and across his local authority on a range of themes, including target setting, monitoring and intervention, and using data to drive school improvement.

Following his recent move to a Trainer / Consultant position he supports schools to ensure that they are ready to meet the challenges of the Curriculum changes, and the new accountability measures and inspection framework.
