This course will enable participants to clarify their own  school or college's developmental priorities, using tried  and tested diagnostic methods grounded in theory and  practice.
  Participants will explore effective strategies to ensure that  plans are focused on clear measurable and time specific  outcomes; and that a wide range of stakeholders has  ownership the plan.
  During the day, participants will be led through the  planning, implementation and review cycle; considering  issues around the leadership and management of  change, involving stakeholders, effective budgeting; and  quality control.
  By the end of the course, participants will leave with the  tools and ideas to plan and implement a highly effective,  closely monitored and target driven improvement plan  for their school or college.
