The reforms brought in by the re-modelling of the teaching workforce have put large numbers of colleagues who have had no formal training on managing a classroom environment in front of whole classes of pupils. This course focuses on the absolute basics and provides practical strategies to manage classrooms full of pupils, many of whom may be there reluctantly.
