The use of Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) in primary and secondary schools is becoming increasingly common and it is important that teaching and learning resources staff acquire the necessary skills and understanding to be able to use them practically and effectively in their teaching and learning. This course will focus on practical and easy activities to give staff ideas to take back as well as providing an opportunity to explore and understand the pedagogical knowledge required to make online learning successful.

Delivered in a supportive, informal and friendly learning environment, the course will be full of tips, tools and techniques to maximise the VLE experience for the learner with minimum stress for the teacher!
