Delegates will understand the basic principles of NLP and their application to their learning organisation. They will have explored the way NLP can support accelerated learning for young people, how it can develop teams and departments and how NLP can develop managers’ skills.
Delegates will also be able to use the skills they have learned to make their teaching more effective, or their management of people more skilful. They will be able to identify the learning styles of people in your organisation and also begin to learn characteristics in people (young and not so young!) which motivate them to achieve.
Delegates will have begun to build an exciting toolkit of skills and expertise to really drive forward raising achievement in their organisation.
