The introduction of effective study skills at Key Stage 4 is the key to the continued success of students at Key Stage 5. This course will provide delegates with practical methods to inspire students to develop the necessary tools to guarantee continued success and independence throughout their academic careers.

The course focuses on generic activities that often put the students in real-life situations in which they are required to resolve the problems with which they have been presented. Delegates will examine a range of practical approaches to developing an effective Study Skills programme, in part, through looking at programmes that have been implemented effectively in schools across the country.
