This course has been designed specifically for the international sector to give support and guidance, using key advice from the DCSF, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the statutory requirements of the new national curriculum. The tutor will advise representatives from international schools on outstanding provision of the new curriculum and of practical ways to adhere to UK policy.

The course will focus discussion around key initiatives and policies focusing on the reform of the curriculum 11-19 years. The course will enrich and develop the new secondary curriculum, making it more coherent, focusing on best practice to date and help the international schools to prioritise areas to develop.
