Delegates to this course will go away with a clear  sense of how to evaluate and improve their G&T  provision at departmental level. They will be able to  audit their provision, take action to raise standards  and assess the extent of the impact of their policies. 
  
  The course will also help to develop an  understanding of how departmental policies  contribute to whole school progress and the  development of a more challenging learning  environment. Heads of department will be better  equipped to build G&T initiatives inclusively. G&T  Lead Teachers and Senior Leaders will be able to  advise others on the key strategies needed to  improve G&T provision.
