This course will focus on the practice of teaching citizenship at Key Stage 3 and 4 to make learning and teaching really exciting and motivating for pupils. The course will look at how teachers can develop a greater appreciation of Citizenship and the value and place in the school curriculum.

This teachers' CPD day will be practical to the real-world classroom and explore many innovative ways to enhance teaching and learning to move towards outstanding teaching. It will explore schemes of work, teaching and learning methods, lesson content and assessment opportunities to help you raise the quality of the Citizenship provision in your curriculum - as well as student performance and enjoyment.
