Non-Specialist teachers of Food Technology, who  would like to boost confidence in their personal  classroom abilities to enable them to plan and  organise their lessons and approaches for teaching  food technology in schools. Delegates will examine  the importance of making every lesson engaging  and motivational and discuss techniques for  achieving this.
    The course builds on delegates' existing and  emerging success in the classroom - encouraging  small, but pivotal changes in teaching matter and  learning through AfL and formative assessment of  pupil performance - to improve their organisation of  teaching and learning in Food Technology.
