At the end of this course you will have a greater  understanding of how to meet employers demand for  training provision which has a positive impact on their  bottom line. Solutions to challenges and barriers within  employer engagement (both internal and external) will  be explored and in line with meeting Training Quality  Standard (TQS) indicators.
  Themes explored will be: LMI and finding evidence,  internal competency, channels of communication,  dedicated resources, support for development, full and  part cost training - as well as effectively using  Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).  There will be opportunities to look at how teachers plan  units of work and how teaching assistants can support  the planning through guidance on scaffolding and  adapting resources.
