Course code:
RY0001
With 1 in 86 pupils diagnosed (and many more still undiagnosed) with Asperger Syndrome it is essential that all teaching and support staff are able to work appropriately with such individuals - and meet the requirements of the inclusion agenda.

This course aims to shoot down many of the myths surrounding Asperger Syndrome and provide you with practical strategies to effectively support and inspire pupils with the condition. The tutor will explain how those with Asperger Syndrome can actually be some of the easiest students to work with - providing they are handled in the correct way!
